Refund and Cancellation Policy

Most Doxelio services are custom professional services. Fees usually pay for time, planning, design, code, configuration, consulting, research, communication, and reserved capacity.

• Deposits are generally non-refundable once work, planning, research, procurement, or scheduling has started.
• Completed milestones, approved work, and delivered assets are payable even if the project is paused or cancelled.
• If a refund is appropriate, it will usually be limited to unearned fees for work not yet started.

Monthly maintenance, development, monitoring, SEO, or support services continue until cancelled under the applicable agreement. Cancellation does not remove payment obligations for the current billing period or work already performed.

Domain names, hosting, plugins, licences, stock assets, payment processor fees, app subscriptions, advertising spend, and other third-party costs are usually non-refundable once purchased or committed.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer, ecommerce, or distance-selling laws. If mandatory law gives you a stronger right, that law applies.
